At Manchester Warehouse, we want you to love your new bedding and homewares, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like quilts, pillows, and mattress protectors cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with your Return Authorization number.

• 4.
  Post and Refund

  Send the package back via a trackable postal service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
