What is your return policy for bedding and manchester?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as pillows, quilts, and mattress protectors once opened. However, other unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I care for my new bed linen?

Each product comes with specific care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend a cold or warm gentle machine wash with mild detergent and drying in the shade to preserve fabric integrity and color.

Do you offer Click & Collect services?

Yes, Click & Collect is available from our Kogarah warehouse in Sydney. Simply select the 'Local Pickup' option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
